I am shipping from safe contactless pickup zones & my couriers will pick up twice a day.

Delivery is Leave at Door only during Covid Levels 2, 3 & 4.
Deliveries are currently on time except for Rural deliveries which may take an extra week to arrive.

Our New Zealand delivery charge is $5.90 for orders less than $99.00 including rural delivery.
Everything on this website is currently in stock and is available for immediate dispatch, unless noted 'Out of Stock'.
Some out of stock items can be pre-ordered once we know when they are due to arrive.
NZ Delivery times:
Always allow an extra day if you can for courier delays beyond our control especially if your location is out of the main centres
North Island & Auckland: 1 - 2 days, usually next day
South Island: 2 - 3 working days
Rural Delivery: allow an extra 2 days - now an extra 5 days
Waiheke Island: 2 - 3 working days
We do not courier to P.O. Boxes
We do not deliver on Saturdays, although our couriers sometimes do during busy periods.
Delivery Options at Checkout:
NZ Delivery Signature Required: This is NOT an option during Covid Levels 2 - 4.
If you are not at home when the courier arrives they should leave a calling card for you to arrange re-delivery.
NZ Delivery Leave at Door:
The courier will leave your parcel at your front door.
Neither Direct Toys nor our couriers are liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged or lost after an item has been left unattended at your door if you choose this option.
Pick-up Order: Pickups available with an appointment from Level 3 down.

We currently only ship within New Zealand but can send some of our costumes overseas for an additional shipping charge.
Please use our 'contact us' page so we can quote you a shipping price first.
This includes the Chatham Islands.
We do not pass on the $4 additional charge that we are charged for delivering to rural delivery address.
Please ensure that you specify your RD# in your delivery address if your address is rural delivery.
If you don't tell us we may not know to put the correct ticketing on your package and this can lead to a delivery delay.
