If you are not satisfied with your purchase, due to faulty workmanship or damage, you may return it within 30 days, unused and in original packaging, and we will either replace, exchange, or give you a refund for the cost of the goods.
We will arrange a courier pick up for faulty goods.
Replacements are subject to stock availability.
Please ensure that any goods being returned have been authorised by us and are packaged securely.
Goods being returned remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
If you have just changed your mind and wish to return your purchase you will need to pay the return shipping cost.
Any returned items must be unused in original condition and original packaging and able to be re-sold again.
Change of mind returns will be issued with an online credit to use on a future order within 3 months of issue.
We reserve the right to deduct our original shipping cost from your online credit.
