3 Piece costume - Dress, Piupiu skirt & Headband

The design depicts New Zealand's National bird the Kiwi and is surrounded by the Niho-Taniwha pattern (the dragon's teeth) and the three Baskets of Knowledge.

The design was the work of three people, namely Ellen Coulter, Ngaupoko Batt and Baden Batt.
