Being in business myself I wanted to give you a bit of feedback.... Your website is one of the friendliest & easiest I've ever used which makes it a delight to purchase from. Your emails are regular enough to make me remember your company, but not too often that it starts to get annoying. I have unsubscribed to nearly every other company as they send to often - but yours are perfect. Your delivery options are great and well priced, and most importantly your toy prices are really reasonable. I usually find in NZ that we get very overcharged for everything, and I buy as much as I can overseas, such as books, clothes, shoes, cosmetics... But I think your prices are very fair which makes me happy to keep making purchases through you. Just thought you might like to know those things as I don't buy much from you anymore as my kids are older, however whenever I do I'm always very very pleased with the whole experience. Delivery
FREE New Zealand delivery for all orders over $99.00.
Our New Zealand delivery charge is $4.90 for orders less than $99.00 including rural delivery.
Everything on this website is currently in stock, unless noted 'Out of Stock'.
Out of Stock items can be ordered as normal and will be supplied when they are back in stock.
North Island overnight - usually delivered the next working day
South Island 3 working days - if a small item we can send overnight in a courier satchel
Rural delivery allow an extra 1 - 2 days
Waiheke Island - courier delivery takes up to 4 working days.
We can deliver your order to the Fullers Ferry freight office for pick up from their office on Waiheke the same or next day.
They will phone you when it arrives, or we can post your order if its small enough.
Please let us know in the comments box at checkout if you prefer one of the other options, otherwise your order will be sent by courier.
We do not courier to P.O. Boxes so please provide an alternative address.
Please note we do not deliver on Saturdays.
NZ Delivery Leave at Door: The courier will leave your parcel at your front door.
Neither Direct Toys nor our couriers are liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged or lost after an item has been left unattended at your door if you choose this option.
