Delivery
Please allow approximately 2 to 6 working days for delivery. All delivery within New Zealand will be by either Fastway Couriers or NZ Parcels Post. We do not courier to P.O. Boxes so please provide an alternative address unless your item can easily be posted.
If you are not home when the courier calls they will leave a calling card for you to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery.
If you would prefer your parcel to be left at your door without signing for it please let us know using the "Comments box" during the checkout process.
Our current delivery rates per order are: $4.95 Nationwide with Free NZ delivery on orders over $150
For overseas shipping, including Chatham Islands and Pitt Island please use our contact page so we can quote you a freight price first

Auckland Region 1 to 2 Days
North Island 2 to 3 Days
South Island 3 to 4 Days
Rural delivery will take an extra day
Waiheke Island - we will deliver your order to the Fullers Ferry for pick up from their office on Waiheke. They will phone you when it arrives.
Payments
Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of GST. All prices are current, however we reserve the right to alter the price for any reason.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard, Direct Deposit into our account, cheques or cash. Choose your preferred payment method during the checkout process and you will be provided with all the relevant details.
PayPal Credit Card Processing
All online payments are processed by PayPal, one of the largest and most trusted online payment processing services. Payments can be made using your Visa or Mastercard. The PayPal system is integrated with our checkout process and provides you with a seamless and secure purchasing experience.
A PayPal account is not required when paying by credit card. Simply select the second payment option "Don't have a PayPal Account? - Continue" on the PayPal page.
Please ensure that the Billing address you provide when you created your account matches your credit card's billing address. These must be similar in order for your credit card payment to be approved by the online payment processing system. Note - your Delivery Address can be different for any order.
Direct Deposits
Select this option during checkout and you will be given our bank account details. These will also be in the email that you receive after finalising your order. Your order will be shipped once your payment shows in our account.
Refunds & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, due to faulty workmanship or damage, you may return it within 7 days, (at your expense), unused and in original packaging, and we will either replace, exchange, or give you a refund for the cost of the goods (excluding freight and packaging). Replacements are subject to stock availability.
Please ensure that any goods being returned have been authorised by us and are packaged securely.
Goods being returned remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
We do not refund or exchange items if you just change your mind so please choose carefully!
