Wow!! Such amazing service going above and beyond!!
There was a slight manufacturers fault with a toy we received as a gift and Cara drove all the way to our home the same day we notified her of the fault to swap the piece over, no questions asked!
This level of service just does not happen any longer so we are so grateful to you for offering to do this!
Your store will be very highly recommended to all our friends and family, and aside from the very small fault which has now been fixed, the toy is of fantastic quality and definitely looks long-lasting, unlike plastic toys you see throughout the stores nowadays.
